Rethinking space and time | XVI City of Bozzolo Award – X Biennial Don Primo Mazzolari

The new edition of the is edited by Matteo Galbiati City of Bozzolo Award – Don Primo Mazzolari Biennial – now in their 16th and 10th editions respectively – which has the title Rethinking space and time. With this exhibition (Palace of the Princes Bozzolo – MN, 2 December 2023 – 11 February 2024) the event implements a radical change and tries to investigate the most contemporary research in more depth. The curator invited fourteen artists – Alessandra Baldoni, Cesare Galluzzo, Armida Gandini, Marco Grimaldi, Asako Hishiki, Carla Iacono, Tamas Jovanovics, Lev Khesin, Gianni Moretti, Patrizia Novello, Maurizio Pometti, Gianluca Quaglia, Lucrezia Roda, Attilio Tono – whose research, various and diversified in the field of painting, of sculpture and photography, fulfill the contents and themes promoted and proposed by the title of the exhibition, supporting that desire to be an expression of an artistic contemporaneity that observes and expresses the strongest problems of its time by making us reflect on social contents, spiritual, transcendent, humans, lyrical and poetic that give the work of art the value of an ethical and not just an aesthetic instrument.
