Il focus del progetto pone in primo piano la pittura intesa come assenza, fantasma di un paradigma estetico insopprimibile e resistente a ogni ondata della paranoia iconoclasta. La pittura esiste e resiste, anche se ricompare sotto forma di tecniche e linguaggi differenti, ma rimane come imprinting indelebile, paradigma segreto. Per questo le opere in larga parte inedite, they speak of painting evoking it through languages ​​that approach it by touching it. BEFORE AND AFTER PAINTING is a concept that looks at the work of artists who always have to do with painting even when they don't practice it directly. Artists who probe the boundaries of pictorial language and continually try to overcome them. For this reason, one of the starting points is the drawing, the practice of skilful gestures that arises together with the idea of ​​the work. Or the deconstruction of meaning through painting evoked as a ghost, survival of a lost and probably unrecoverable code.
