Sometimes it is enough to wear the glasses of the imagination to be able to see the beauty behind everything, whether it is an inanimate object, an industrial process or a transformation caught in its completion. Preserve and nurture the amazement that characterizes childhood, always giving it new life, immerse yourself completely, almost losing the link with reality, leaving the doors of fantasy open, is what most characterizes the poetics and vision of Lucrezia Roda and that makes it "different", in the deepest sense of the term, by other photographers who deal with areas and themes similar to yours.
His art, which shuns homologation and makes them travel unexplored roads, he delivers powerful images where a skein of rusty wire is reborn as abstract architecture in shots where even the rust looks like a splash of tempera, making the appeal of the image even stronger; another tangle, this time incandescent, it comes alive with an unexpected dynamism that gives it a new identity and absolute geometric rigor, a machine caught at the height of its functionality becomes a surreal setting cloaked in mysterious charm.
