The strength of fragility. Matteo Musetti

The volume, which takes its title from the exhibition of the same name that the Altarese Glass Art Museum dedicated to the artist, traces the photographic research of Matteo Musetti starting from some of his iconic series: Silence is violencea, A deafening silenceand, Connections, Ferrania, If you want to dream it, you can do it!, Sanna-a, my way. Photographs that reveal a lateral look, “matured over the years on the basis of a personal fragility inherent in his gaze”. As Musetti himself states: “I chose to photograph and represent human distress, his difficulties in connecting with the planet, the suffering of placing oneself at the center of all reasoning".
