«[…] In these works Aron Demetz follows the isobars of the computer discovering an alien figure, glacial, picture emerges 'other' that leaves the rude and primitive wood cut to reveal a thick hatch of the entire surface. On the sculpture you have the design, the angularity of the system volume, to the physical plastic joins the caress of a clear sign, continuous, sinuous; the skin of the work is shrouded by a blanket of lines that follow the contour of an asperity, of a hollow, designing such an amazing mapping 'abstract' of the figure. A climate project, aseptic, mechanic that is deposited on the body of the figure profoundly affecting in his account, driving his acting, introducing new categories of interpretation that, de facto, impose a new image humility and a suspicious silence. It is in this ambiguous fade, in this disturbing tale of suspension of time and, in this 'breath-holding' that creep hallucinated appearances; grow in the wound surface, in the recesses of the body, in the wrinkles of the skin marked and engraved.[…]»
