Amen. Of gallery and other stories

The traumatic events of our existence – in first of all the global Covid-19 pandemic which defined a time characterized by a before and after "Covid" and fueled a widespread sense of vulnerability and insecurity - are often harbingers of a strong push for inner investigation, which can go as far as the deepest introspection. This is the case of AMEN. Of gallery and other stories, a true autobiographical diary, started by Pietro Gagliardi in May 2020. A flow of thought – thoughtful and ironic, at times pungent – ​​of a man of an introverted nature who, after a brilliant career as an advertiser, decides in 2002 to open an art gallery in Turin, premium GAS, then Gagliardi Art System, now Gagliardi e Domke. Retracing its history, all those "unspoken words" become story and testimony.
